Martin Zítko joined xitee in 2008, originally as a software developer of leading fintech systems. He progressed into a role of a solution architect, which gave him valuable experience in understanding customers’ needs. He decided to use this knowledge actively and continued his career as a project manager. Since 2018 he has been responsible for software development and IT operations in xitee. He became a CTO in 2021.

Lucie started at xitee in a role supporting top management, where she was involved in operations, decision-making, and process development. Over the years, she moved into finance and project controlling, eventually taking on broader financial leadership responsibilities. From January 2026, she has taken on the role of CFO and Managing Director.

Julia Läkemäker is Chief Operating Officer at ]init[, where in a management duo with Sandra Valentin, she bears overall responsibility for the implementation of forward-looking end-to-end platforms for administrative digitization at ]init[. Since 2001, she has been managing national and international digital projects with a focus on a clearly structured project approach. Julia has been Managing Director of xitee on behalf of ]init[ since January 2026.

Since April 2023, Dr Axel Kaufmann has been responsible for Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Purchasing, and Central Services at ]init[ AG. With more than 25 years of experience in finance across various industries and companies, he brings extensive expertise in financial leadership and strategic management. He was appointed to the management of xitee on behalf of ]init[ in January 2026.
