New digital power for the health sector in Germany: xitee is part of ]init[ AG

Xitee and the HBSN Group are one hundred percent owned by ]init[ AG for digital communication. The combination will create a new market leader for digitization in public administration and healthcare in Germany.
In recent years, the HBSN Group has developed into a leading IT service provider in the German healthcare sector. Our market environment constantly demands greater specialization, innovative strength and end-to-end services from a single source. In order to be able to continue to offer our customers simple and sustainable digital solutions for the modern healthcare market in the future, the founders and management of the HBSN Group have decided to take an important strategic step.

The HBSN Group, consisting of HBSN GmbH with its subsidiaries HBSN Certifications GmbH in Germany and xitee k.s. as well as xitee Beteiligungs s.r.o. in the Czech Republic, is part of ]init[ AG for digital communication. In the 30 years of its existence, ]init[ AG has developed into a leading digitization provider with a focus on public administration. Its goal is to create sustainable and understandable digital innovations for a society worth living in. ]init[ AG, with over 1,400 employees, is headquartered in Berlin and is also represented at its locations in Bern, Brussels, Hamburg, Cologne, Leipzig, Mainz, Munich, Porto and Zurich.

The previous managing owners of HBSN, Tobias Niemann and Rainer Schuhmacher, are moving to a newly founded advisory board. They advise the company and actively support the integration. Dr. Eckart Pech will assume overall responsibility for the ongoing operational business and thus the chairmanship of the management board for HBSN GmbH.
Management of xitee consists of Martin Zítko, Dr. Eckart Pech, and Daniel Christian Stephan as Managing Directors.
