Rainer Schumacher
CEO at xitee k.s.
Rainer Schumacher focused all his career on Consulting and IT Services. He was in leading positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and IBM Business Consulting responsible for national and international projects and customers for several years. Since 2013 he is the managing director and the shareholder of xitee.
Tobias Niemann
CEO of HBSN AG
Tobias Niemann began his professional career at a statutory health insurance company, where he gained extensive knowledge in the field of social insurance. In 2003, he switched to a service company with a focus on statutory health insurance. The desire for more personal responsibility led him to found HBSN AG in 2006. Today HBSN AG stands with its 5 subsidiaries for outstanding consultancy in the health market.
Martin Zítko
CTO at xitee k.s.
Martin Zítko joined xitee in 2008, originally as a software developer of leading fintech systems. He progressed into a role of a solution architect, which gave him valuable experience in understanding customers’ needs. He decided to use this knowledge actively and continued his career as a project manager. Since 2018 he has been responsible for software development and IT operations in xitee. He became a CTO in 2021.
