Eckart Pech
Managing Director
Dr. Eckart Pech held board and management positions at Deutsche Telekom/Detecon, Telefonica Deutschland, Allianz Technology and CompuGroup Medical. Currently he is Chairman of the Management Board of HBSN. Dr. Eckart Pech is Managing Director of xitee since February 2025.
Daniel Stephan
Managing Director
Daniel Stephan has been with ]init[ AG since 2005 and has implemented complex digitization projects for the public sector, the healthcare sector and the private sector in various roles. As a division manager, he is responsible for the implementation portfolio for end-to-end solutions. Since February 2025, he has been appointed to the management of xitee on behalf of ]init[ in order to further expand xitee's range of services and strengthen joint delivery.
Martin Zítko
Managing Director
Martin Zítko joined xitee in 2008, originally as a software developer of leading fintech systems. He progressed into a role of a solution architect, which gave him valuable experience in understanding customers’ needs. He decided to use this knowledge actively and continued his career as a project manager. Since 2018 he has been responsible for software development and IT operations in xitee. He became a CTO in 2021.

In 2020, we introduced a matrix organization with customer-oriented business units (Healthcare, Finance & Energy and Digital Businesses). Our teams within the business units have deep knowledge and understanding of the customer branches.
