2004
xitee is founded. We welcome our first customer Deutsche Börse, which sets our focus on the fintech market. Our cooperation continues till today.
2007
We start to design and develop a CFD (Contract-For-Differences) trading platform. This platform was developed as an independent, completely new market maker platform for trading financial derivatives for FinTech Group. It was the first CFD trading platform in Germany and our team was responsible for the whole technical design, development, selection of technologies, production maintenance and development of new system releases.
2009
We became framework contract partner with Deutsche Börse Group.
2010
We have our first external audit (IMS certification): Audit for the ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO / IEC 20000-1 IT Service Management, ISO/ IEC 27001 Information Security Management. Since then we undergo audits regularly.
2013
Our today’s Managing Partner Rainer Schumacher joins xitee and takes over the responsibility
2015
We celebrate a decade on the market. We step into the German healthcare sector with projects, such as “Patientenverfügung“ - an innovative online service for the creation and management of living wills. We start our cooperation with a non-profit organization Nadání a dovednosti. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is very important for us, therefore we also long-term support other organisations/charities, such as the foundation Act for Others.
2016
We win an international public tender for our first project in the energy sector - project SMARD (electricity market data platform of the German Federal Network Agency). Another project, for our customer Bitmarck (IT provider for health insurance companies), also starts. We successfully complete an extensive data security audit for social data (in compliance with paragraph 80 SGB Verarbeitung von Sozialdaten im Auftrag) confirming the highest security and quality of our services. We also join AHK, the Czech-German Chamber of Commerce.
2017
We welcome our first customer from the Netherlands, the company BCT. We also work on our first project in Switzerland for the company MediService. We develop a web app Kundenkonto. Its main purpose is to provide its users a single point of entry for maintaining their medical prescriptions, ordering medication based on the available quantity on the prescription and administering their contact details including delivery addresses.
2019
After our long cooperation in the healthcare sector, the German company HBSN AG (Health Business Services Network) becomes our shareholder and xitee joins the HBSN Group. Together with the group companies of the HBSN Group, projects can be mapped along the entire value chain in the healthcare sector. In the finance sector, we win a tender for our cooperation with the Vienna exchange.
2020
We celebrate successful project go-lives, such as the project GesundesKonto (a brand-new public website where users can upload and maintain their invoices of used health services) for German health insurance company AOK Sachsen Anhalt. We join the Netherlands-Czech Chamber of Commerce. We are growing and welcoming new projects!
2021
We introduce our new logo and launch a new website. There are now 3 Business units in xitee, which represent the sectors where we are active – healthcare, finance & energy and digital businesses. We have a new CTO.
2023
Xitee becomes a shareholder in a new company Cybrela s. r. o. – a consulting company offering services in information security and data protection.
