Transaction platform

This is the second project xitee has developed for Reesca AG. Reesca is our PropTech client with an innovative B2B market place for commercial real estate finance and adjacent services. xitee has already developed this technology-based B2B platform where the supply of high-quality projects and the demand for professional investors meet. Real estate developers present their projects to investors who seek opportunity for a good investment. Read more about this previous project here.

Due to the success of this platform, it has been extended. The goal of the new project was to extend existing marketplace which connects real estate developers with investors by additional space where sellers present their properties to buyers. With one account user could access both worlds – financing and transactions.

In Transaction platform, the right match of property and buyer is guaranteed through matching engine. The following selling process is enabled by auction tool that has been developed specifically for Transaction platform.

Platform uses Azure AD B2C for identity and access management, .Net for backend, Angular for frontend. Application consists of many complex workflows, search engine, auction tool and user screens for 6 different roles.

Šprechtíme

Šprechtíme is a joint campaign of the Embassies of Germany and Austria which aim is to promote the German language in the Czech Republic.  The main goal of the application is to show the Czech public that German can be fun during the school lessons and useful later in the working life.

The web portal “Šprechtíme database” was developed based on a content management system WordPress. The application contains a database of organizations which are associated with the German language, such as schools, kindergartens, cultural organizations and others. The database can be browsed according to the target group, region or type, so e.g. parents of small children can easily find a kindergarten with the German focus in their region. There is also a possibility for the users of the database to get details about selected organization via email or to easily print them.

“Šprechtíme database” is designed to be easily configurable for authorized users, meaning that they can easily add new or edit existing organization through the web interface.

Reporting system

EMUN Partners is a Czech investment consulting company which gives advice about stock investment and provides annual reports of these investments to their end clients.

EMUN Partners is operating on the Czech investment market since 2011. Some of the products offered are private bank services, management of financial assets, preparation of the generational transfer of property, services for family businesses etc.

A reporting system for EMUN Partners supports our customer in transition from manual MS Excel based reporting to an automated Java based solution. Our solution automatically downloads and extracts Excel based data from a client’s bank and generates various reports for their end clients.
